Refund & Return Policy
At Red Hair Wig, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium wig collection. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue and arrange for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been worn, altered, or tampered with. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund.
